UK’s Largest Dairy Company Looks North For Employer Brand Expertise
The UK’s leading dairy company has chosen a North East creative and digital agency to spearhead its employer branding.
Arla Foods UK appointed Pearsons to help position Arla as the number one employer of choice in its sector.
Arla Foods UK is part of Arla Foods amba, a Danish based global dairy company and the company behind Lurpak, Anchor and Cravendale as well as a leading supplier of own label milk to key retailers.
The UK business employs 3,200 people at 15 locations around the UK with a head office in Leeds.
Pearsons, which has offices in Newcastle, Middlesbrough and Leeds, was chosen after a rigorous three-month, HR lead procurement process.
The procurement process involved giving three short-listed agencies access to the business and to key employment brand stakeholders in the three months leading up to the pitch with activity including focus groups, site visits and one to one interviews.
