Every exhibitions project that we undertake includes a transparent production plan which outlines the key milestones we believe are necessary in order to achieve a successful exhibition project.

The exhibitions team is managed by Alison Bainbridge, a project manager with many years of experience of exhibition design. Alison is passionate about the design of each exhibition project and ensures that the team uses the right materials for the job and delivers the best possible outcome time and time again.

The project is managed through an exhibitions quality plan approach. There are key stages for exhibition project management which include:

• Client briefing
• Development of design, plan layout and elevations
• Project timing plan
• Specification
• Client approval
• Schedule of pre-build and ordering or materials
• Reservation of all necessary utilities on site etc
