The Brief provided to Pearsons was to redesign our website from scratch with two key requirements;
We wanted an image that reflected the values of our business and capture the essence of what Jennings has stood for since 1917. Jennings needed a fresh new site to reflect the modern company which was professional yet personal, clear and easy to navigate and to be informative for our customers. However retaining all of this and targeting the keywords required to increase the number of website visitors searching for our range of products is an extremely complicated task. Pearsons have more than fulfilled my expectations, Simon and his team have produced a functional and high performance website that creates an instant impression of a professional company to all our new internet customers. In the motor industry first impression is everything and the sleek design of our new sites maximise our first impression and increase the chance of a customer making contact. The massive improvement in visitor traffic and customer conversion speaks for itself, back in Dec 2005 before we started the new site we received an average of 100 visitors a day converting to two or three website enquiries. With the help of Pearsons expert database design work and ability to display images and vehicle specification acurately, and updatable on the live site, we have increased our average daily visitors to 10,000 visiors a week with over 500 enquiries a week.
